Due to the impact of the epidemic, we have not participated in bicycle activities for a long time.
As the first event after the epidemic, we participated in a 112-kilometer ride in Changhua, Taiwan.
It’s important to ensure that your bike is in good working condition , if you haven’t ridden them for a long time.
Here are 2 things you must check:
Tires:
Check the condition of your tires and make sure they’re properly inflated to the recommended pressure.
If the tires are worn or damaged, replace them before the ride.
Chain and gears:
Make sure your chain is clean and properly lubricated.
Check that the gears shift smoothly and adjust if necessary.
note:
it’s important to listen to your body and take breaks when you need them.
Don’t push yourself too hard, and enjoy the ride!
